My name is Dr. Dan Ranieri and I am a married father of two who lives
in Wonder Lake, IL. My fields of expertise include biochemistry and
immunology mainly in the utilization of computational methods in
analysis of the structure and functions of proteins. The skills
required in my work – method development, data analysis and critical
thinking, all translate well to the field of paranormal research. My
interest in the paranormal began when I was young and can be
attributed to the show Unsolved Mysteries. Each week, I was plastered
to the TV waiting for a haunting or UFO story to be aired. This
fostered a relentless ambition to learn as much about paranormal and
UAP/UFO activity as I could from a very young age. Since then I have
had the luxury of doing a number of amateur investigations. These
have allowed me to focus on my interests in paranormal investigation,
mainly those pertaining to the acquisition of reliable data and
methods required to analyze the obtained data in a rigorously
skeptical manner.
