GhostLand Society was founded in 1990 for the purpose of attempting to understand the mysterious world of the paranormal. The group has done coast to coast investigations and of course our local folklore such as Mary "Bloody Mary" Worth of Gurnee, the "Gate" in Libertyville to Chicagolands favorite hitchhiking ghost Resurrection Mary, Al Capone locations throughout Chcagoland and the far North Burbs.
We are also registered in Lake County and the State of Illinois as a Nonprofit business. By doing this it is just one more way of proving we are legit when we say, GhostLand Society offers our services FREE of charge.
All information obtained is held in up most respect to your privacy! We DO NOT disclose any information to anyone including but not limited to Address, Name, location, our findings or lack of without your prior knowledge and submitted in writing. And remember there is NO COST FOR OUR SERVICES
What GhostLand Society will never do is push the idea of hauntings, Nor do we assist in making a location "Haunted" as asked by a few businesses to bring in more customers.
What we do is offer the most logical conclusion for the happenings and never claim something that is not. GhostLand Society has not been in good standing for 20 years by making up stories.
